
I'm a designer who is passionate about developing experiences which are impactful, delightful, and outcome-driven.
I began my creative journey at Loughborough University, where I studied BSc User Centred Design. I then took an industrial placement as a Junior UX/UI Designer at Ticketmaster before returning to complete my final year. After that, I worked at Lloyds Banking Group in the Digital Transactions team.
From April 2024 to July 2025, I worked at Tesco designing Point-of-Sale journeys used for our in-store till systems.

In the Digital Transactions team at Lloyds, we worked closely with our Fraud team to build a self-serve tool which allowed customers to report fraudulent transactions, supporting them when they needed it most. As a result, we won the Best Mobile Initiative at the Banking Tech Awards.
